Alex: The new scream park in Spain is coming along nicely! Thanks to pa-community.com we were invited to their press event to discover brand new things about the most interesting event this Halloween in Southern Europe.
Nick: Yesterday, we took a walk around Universal Studios Florida to check out the progress of Halloween Horror Nights 28 scare zone construction. We also popped into Islands of Adventure to see the new coaster being built in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmede. Let’s take a look!

Alex: One of the most exciting times for theme park fans is Halloween. It is the season where parks transform themselves to create the most terrifying experience to their guests. Even though its still far away, the preparations are well on its way. But something new is coming… Continue reading “Horrorland: The New and Exciting Scream Park in Spain”
Alexander: It’s been six weeks since Six Flags Magic Mountain began 365-day operations. Have you been out to the park recently to enjoy the light crowds?
Lots of changes are already underway to help ensure an optimal 2018 and beyond at Magic Mountain, but there’s also lots of opportunities for improvement.
Alexander: Who’s ready for another layover adventure??
This time my work brings me to St. Louis, where Sean and I were able to enjoy what is arguably the most underrated Six Flags park.
Coaster wind-chill was below freezing, but that didn’t stop us from having a Freeze-tacular Six Flags day!
Sean: Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest is back for another big year of haunting. In the past years they have had a lot of Scare Zones, they toned it down a bit to just six this year. Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest has been one of the few events that has always impressed me with their Scare Zones, and unlike separately ticketed events, much relies on their Scare Zones. Let’s take a look at this year’s returning Scare Zones, and the new Damned ‘N Disguise. Continue reading “Six Flags Magic Mountain Fright Fest 2017 – Scare Zone Reviews”
Sean/Zach: Knott’s Scary Farm is easily our favorite haunt event, and that’s mainly due to the impressive collection of original and unique mazes that deliver experiences other events can hardly live up to. Being the oldest halloween event in the state, Knott’s Scary Farm knows what it takes to put an event together, which all started with the infamous Ghost Town Streets. Though we always find the mazes to deliver better than the Scare Zones at the event (like most events), this year the Scare Zones have been the best we have yet seen at the event! Continue reading “Knott’s Scary Farm 2017 – Scare Zone Reviews”
Sean: Knott’s Scary Farm is back and it is better than ever! This year’s lineup of amazing mazes is seeing some of Knott’s best work and there isn’t a single maze that felt weak. The best mazes of the past few years have returned, and this year’s new mazes are unique and solid additions. Let’s get to rating and reviewing them! Continue reading “Knott’s Scary Farm 2017 – Maze Ratings and Reviews”
Chad: This year brought some interesting mazes.
I had the unbelievable experience of trying out the RIP Experience. And it was worth it. The price is a very steep one, but with a MASSIVE buffet, two free beers (if you are over 21 years of age), unlimited front of the line for everything in the park and free valet, it was not too bad. The fully transformed park will feature 13 uniquely haunted mazes and attractions, including the return of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, for her last performance as she bids farewell to the Scary Farm crowds with an all-new show. Knott’s Scary Farm is back for 25 horrifying nights from September 21 – October 31. This year’s Knott’s Scary Farm experience has all the ingredients of a truly terrifying nightmare, but unlike most dreams, Knott’s Scary Farm is a nightmare you can’t wake up from.
