Sean: This weekend was the second weekend of SeaWorld Orlando’s Inside Look. After the success at the San Diego park, SeaWorld Orlando brought the event to their park and it’s been a hit! We’ve been so fortunate to check out 5/6 Inside Look stations, which we’ll give a short recap of in this update. Alexander: For years we’ve been compiling a list of the top coasters/attractions in the state of California to cap the end of each season. With 2018 came the introduction of our Florida branch, and so too comes a Top 10 list for the state of Florida.
Nick: It’s no secret that Busch Gardens Tampa is planning on revamping Gwazi into a new attraction for 2020, but up until now we’ve only had some not-so-subtle hints from September’s Tigris announcement that suggested the ride would receive an RMC makeover.
Sean: A beautiful but cold day in Orlando (cold and Orlando don’t usually belong in the same sentence) was spent at the Universal Orlando Resort! Nick: Last weekend we got invited to Legoland Florida to check out their Christmas Bricktacular event. We had a great time exploring the park and checking out their holiday offerings, so read on to explore with us!
Sean: Weekdays are great days to visit Busch Gardens Tampa, and so we wound up there. No queues, all coasters were operating, and the weather was gorgeous. Nick: Busch Gardens invited us to the opening night media party for this year’s Howl-o-Scream, so my good friend Lars and I headed down to Tampa to check it out! If you’ve read my Halloween Horror Nights review, you already know I love the Halloween season and all the theme park events that come with it, so getting to go to Howl-o-Scream this year was a real treat, especially since I hadn’t been since 2016. Nick: Infinity Falls doesn’t officially open until October 4th, but on Friday, September 28th SeaWorld announced that the ride would have a soft opening period beginning that afternoon. I headed to the park immediately after work in hopes of riding, and sure enough, it was open! Read on for my thoughts on this awesome new rapids ride!
