The nightmare-filled world of Knott’s Scary Farm returns for its 46th season with a completely transformed park that brings terror to life as the largest immersive Halloween experience in Southern California. Every inch of the park becomes covered with hidden frights, prowling creatures, new spine-chilling scares and terrifying twists. Silverwood – Home of Deja Vu: Aftershock

Sean: Six Flags Magic Mountain’s now relocated roller coasters Deja Vu was one of my all-time favorite coasters. The Vekoma Giant Inverted Boomerang, the particular type of coaster, was plagued with maintenance and operational downtime which led to the relocation of the ride from Six Flags Magic Mountain to Six Flags New England in 2011, where it opened as Goliath in for the 2012 season. – Fast forward to 2018, it was time for us to check out the last remaining Giant Inverted Boomerang in the United States to run the original Vekoma trains. Six Flags Magic Mountain Update – August 15th 2018

Sean: With some friends over from Florida I had the chance to spend a full day at Six Flags Magic Mountain. I don’t do this very often but am happy to report I really had a wonderful time and that park operations were impressive and staff was attentive. The construction is moving along and Fright Fest is in full prep currently. The only downside of our time at the park was Viper being closed… more on that in the report below! Freizeitpark Plohn Reveals Dynamite Layout!

Sean: Freizeitpark Plohn is located in Lengenfeld, Germany, and is home to five roller coasters. This amusement park is well known for their adorable action-packed GCI wooden coaster “El Toro“, but will soon be known around the world for their new coaster “Dynamite“.
